I met Norm Coon at the annual Denver Home Show and spoke with him about new windows for my home. I had already spoken with the representatives from a large number of widow companies, but was most impressed with Norm. Norm is not a representative of a particular company, but instead is the owner of his home improvement business. He is the man who is personally responsible for dealing with the customer, getting them the right product for their home regardless of who manufactures the product, coming to your home to measure and verify the product will work in your home, personally does the install, and does not consider the job complete until the customer is happy with all aspects of the purchase and installation.

I chose Norm for my window purchase and install because he has been in business for decades and he understands that his business and personal reputation depends on doing a great job. Norm did an excellent job for my wife and me. I quickly learned that Norm does exactly what he says he is going to do, for the price he quotes, and in the timeframe he told me to expect. When he gave me a date and time, he was always there as promised. I could not have been more pleased with the product he provided and the installation he personally performed. In fact, I was so pleased that I called upon Norm again the following year to replace my old and inefficient patio door with a more energy efficient and high quality replacement door. Once again, I had the same exceptional experience as I had with our window replacement.

My wife and I have had a lot of remodeling done to our home over the years and I can honestly say that Norm is by far the best contractor we have used for any home remodeling project. Norm is both a good professional and a very good man.

Four weeks ago, Norm installed 7 new replacement windows and 2 new sliding glass doors for us. We are very happy with the results. Norm and Carl did a fantastic job. Several things about NORCO impressed us:

First, Norm was always on time. We live out in the middle of nowhere, outside of Elizabeth CO and every time Norm scheduled an appointment, he was on time.

Second, Norm did all the work himself. He has over 40 years of experience, and that meant a great deal. To us, the installation was just as important as the quality of materials. Because even the best windows in the world will leak if the installation is bad; so we wanted to get the best installer we could find. We knew exactly what we were getting, and who the installer was before signing the contract.

Third, Norm and Carl did a great job. They laid down drop clothes to protect our furnishings, and they cleaned up after themselves. They made sure we were completely satisfied with the installation.

We would highly recommend NORCO to anyone who is considering window replacement. If and when we decide to get siding for our house, Norm will be our first choice.

We met Norman Coon 2 years ago at the Colorado Home and Garden show downtown. At the time, we were shopping for windows, and were very impressed with his personal touch, experience, and knowledge of the products he sold. We got a number of companies to bid on our project during the weeks that followed, and based on the fact that Norman actually came out for the bid process, provided us a very competitive cost estimate on the spot, and when asked when his crews could be available, he replied that he would be installing the windows himself. 2 weeks later, we ordered the windows through NORCO, and 10 days after that, the windows were installed by Norman and his helper. They estimated the work to take 3 to 4 days and 2 1/2 days later, the windows were completely installed, all functioning properly, and no residual mess from the installation. I would highly recommend Norman Coon to anyone that is in the market for window installation in your home, or office.

I am very pleased with Norco
Just a quick note to thank Norm for the new windows. I wanted to replace all of the original windows in the house because of the problems that the entire neighborhood was experiencing with the original builder windows. Norco Home Improvements made a difficult decision relatively painless and I appreciate the time you spent in answering all of my endless questions. They promised me three days to replace twenty windows and a glass slider and I was so impressed when Norm completed the work in even less time! Norm arrived when he said he would and worked each day until after 4:00pm. Each day he left the yard neat and that is much more than I can say for the other contractors who were also working at the same time. The best part is the windows themselves. I love the UV blocking (really helped with the afternoon sun on the west side of the house), how easy it is to clean both the inside and outside panes, how easily the windows open and close, but most of all, I no longer watch the drapes swaying when the wind blows. Quite a few of the neighbors have commented on the appearance of the new windows and realize that they will soon need to replace theirs as well. However, I am now enjoying a warm and draft free home. Again, my thanks to Norco Home Improvements for a job well done!

High Quality Service from Start to Finish
I have delayed writing a testimonial simply because I wanted to see how the windows rated as cold weather arrived. After the last couple of weeks, they've passed the test! My furnace thermostat has been set a full ten degrees below last year, and I've been comfortable. I've been amazed that the basement has been really warm - I no longer wear a heavy sweater down there, nor do I have plastic taped to the inside of the windows. The windows are great looking, and I've gotten very positive comments from everyone who has seen them. I am more than happy to atest to the professional job Norm and his employee died in installing the windows. They were at my doorstep at 7:15am, and they worked hard until quitting at 4:30pm. They stated the job would take three days, and in three days they were finished - even when the work of removing the existing windows proved more difficult than anyone anticipated. I was impressed with the care Norm took while working - plastic taped down over the carpets and furniture covered for protection. I was interested in windows and siding and he was very professional in his presentation of the products he uses and his explanation of the estimate and installation. Norm and his assistant did an exceptional job of installing the windows and siding. They were here every day until the job was completed. I was very pleased with the work that was done and would highly recommend Norco Home Improvements.
